Pre wedding

The deluxe includes a venue visit together to discuss your styling and placement of items.

Face to face styling consultation with example table set up.

Using my knowledge and experience, we will work together to bring your vision to life. The appointment lasts approx. 1 hour and you will leave knowing exactly how your tables will look on your Big Day.

Wedding day

Delivery of items, full set up, next day breakdown and collection

Ceremony Room

Backdrop - choose from styled moongate, arch, crescent moon or dressing your outdoor ceremony area.

​

3 x flower bombs or meadows to dress ceremony space. These arrangements can be moved to your reception room 

​

Styled ceremony table 

Table will be styled to match reception room decor. For example, could include table drape, lantern/cylinder jars, bud vases with faux/dried buds, candlesticks, candles and tealight holders.

 

Aisle chair drapes

Every aisle seat dressed with a vertical drape, or every other with faux greenery swags, or a mixture of the two.

Aisle dressing

Using cylinder vases or lanterns to line your aisle.

Reception Room

Fresh greenery on tables (with optional gypsophila)

​

Welcome area created using a sign stand, and items to match your decor, such as lanterns, bud vases, greenery, candles and any signage (provided by yourselves).

​

Sign stand top with topper and  bottom dressed with drape and cylinder vases/lanterns.

​

Styled top table or sweetheart table

Items could  include table runner, candlesticks with LED/real candles, bud vases with faux/dried flowers and tealights.

Guest tables centrepieces (up to 8 round tables, or adjusted to suit trestles, to sit up to 78)

Items could include table runner or faux eucalyptus garland, flower bombs on stands, trio of cylinder jars or lanterns with LED/real candles, bud vases with faux/dried flowers, table numbers and tealights. Format will be adjusted for trestle tables. For rounds, if having less than 8 tables, centrepieces can be used on gift table/guest book table.

Charger plates.

Choose from beaded glass or woven mats.

Chair drapes

Every other chair dressed with a vertical drape. Vertical drapes can be used in different ways, to suit you.

Extra candles

Can be used on tables, or elsewhere in the venue, to add ambience/a feature.
